Finance
This position will see you loading documentation for leases, goods mortgages and other financial products, inputting and maintaining data in the Caterpillar Financial information system, registration of securities and arranging payment to equipment suppliers. Interacting regularly with your business colleagues in sales support, credit, customer service and accounting, you will ensure all customer and dealer specific information has been obtained to accurately process transactions and deliver best in class service to customers.
This is a 10 month contract position with Caterpillar. Candidates that perform well will have the opportunity to extend their contract or apply for permanent positions as they become available.

Desired Skills and qualifications:
•Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and listening skills
•Degree or relevant work experience in finance/marketing/accounting
•Experience working with Oracle and Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
•Commitment to quality and high attention to detail are essential
You will be responsible for :
•Ensuring accuracy of system bookings and funding
•Making and discharging security registrations
•Completing settlement audit and sending out Welcome Pack
•Assisting document scanning
•Follow up of outstanding items after closing of a transaction
