We are looking for two amazing Virtual Receptionists to join our friendly team.
Catch Your Calls provide a quality, professional, and friendly call handling service to all sorts of businesses, large and small, from solicitors, architects, IT consultants, training providers, dental and veterinary practices, to chartered surveyors, contractors involved in the building industry, and more. We provide a point of information for callers enquiring about our clients’ business, and our services include anything from simple call answering to more complex services, such as making appointments using client software, making calls on our clients’ behalf and carrying out various admin tasks.
You need a great telephone manner, a passion for customer service, and to enjoy working as part of a close-knit team. Good spoken and written English, attention to detail and a clear speaking voice are essential. Also essential are a reliable internet connection, a dependable laptop or PC, and a phone that can work over the internet (VOIP). You will be working remotely and your set-up should be quiet without noise or other interruption.
Our Virtual Receptionists work shifts to suit them between 9.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Thursday and 9.00am and 5.00pm on Friday. They are paid for each call they handle including outgoing calls on our clients’ behalf. We’ll give you training and support and a good rate of pay.
