Full Job Description
Fully remote Customer Service representative role for a mining company located in Arizona.
$35/hour
Must bewell-versed in SAP, excel, Outlook, and has experience in shipping and receiving. Hours will be 7 am-4 pm Arizona time.
Description of role:
- Customer service for customers. Includes order creation, monitoring emails, creating and sending customer shipping orders.
- Monthly review of sales orders for accuracy prior to billing
- Prepare RMA orders and deliveries when a product is damaged in transit, refused for quality, or involved in theft
Example tasks:
- 72+ Customers orders to be entered monthly
- 75+ Emails to work through daily
- 10+ Different Excel s monthly
