Role Description:
The Executive Assistant (EA) provides strategic administrative and operational support to leaders at Catalyze Dallas and its affiliate companies with responsibilities ranging from executive support to office management and project management. This role will be the center of communications, both internally and externally. The EA also serves as a liaison to the Board of Advisors, organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts, and oversees special projects. The EA must enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment that is results-driven. The company is in a growth stage, so the EA must be able to keep up with the fast cadence. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently on projects from conception to completion. They also must be able to work under pressure and handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
