This is a hybrid position with routine travel to our office located in Plano, TX required. There may also be occasional travel to medical practices across DFW.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will help our communities thrive by sourcing and building diverse candidate pipelines, guide interview and selection processes to ensure fairness and inclusion, and partner with hiring managers to find and select qualified candidates.

This position will manage the full life cycle recruitment process for clinical roles supporting the mission and vision of the organization.

Accountabilities

• Provide full cycle recruiting for key positions in Primary Care Physician offices through the development and execution of recruitment plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas to fill open positions.
• Execute talent acquisition strategies for recruiting high quality talent and for a broad range of unique positions ranging from entry level to clinical professionals including medical assistants, nurses, physician assistants, front and back-office
• Professionally represent the organization; support the mission, goals and objectives; participate as a ‘team player”, constantly supporting managers;

set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Develops proactive sourcing strategies to attract top tale
• Leads intake meetings with hiring managers to identify position needs and recruitment strategy as needed.
• Establishes consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Conducts full cycle recruitment including but not limited to post jobs, resume screening, phone interviews, scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers.
• Maintains accurate and detailed documentation of candidates and searches within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) database.
• Adapts quickly to changing priorities in hiring needs and leads strategy appropriately.
• Maintains connection with candidates, creating a professional and friendly rapport.
• Sources passive candidates through multiple channels to create a talent pipeline for critical
• Acts as a company brand ambassador.
• Identifies areas of improvement in the recruiting process and provides
• Creates a best in class hiring experience ensuring that both candidates and hiring manager have a high-quality and positive experience.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements :

• Ability to implement sourcing strategies for clinical recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Proven experience and ability to recruit clinical staff.
• Familiarity using HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience working with senior leaders, including coaching and influencing when needed.
• Proactive thinker, problem solver and analytical skills.

Preferred Experience :

• 2 – 4 years of clinical recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to implement sourcing strategies in the healthcare industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
