At Catalyst Kids, you will:

• Assist in creating a play-based curriculum that is both fun and engaging
• Take part in tracking assessments to celebrate the milestones of children
• Build an environment that fosters creativity and excitement
• Share the triumphs and successes with families and the community
• Bring your interests and talents to the collaborative drawing board

An applicant who SHINES will have the following:

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a HS diploma or GED
• 6 Units in Early Childhood Education/Child Development preferred*
• At least 6 months 1 year of experience working with children in a licensed setting preferred
• Ability to clear fingerprints/background check
• May qualify for a position if not all education requirements are met
