Catalyst Community Corporation Hiring for Paraprofessional’s Needed Job at Mesa, AZ Full Time

Catalyst Community Corporation is looking for people who will work in a foster care group home for young boys and also for teenage boys in Mesa. Shifts are double or triple staffed. Three to Four work days a week. Shifts are anywhere from 8-12 hours. CIT/CPI training is required and provided by the agency. Shifts run 24/7 awake staff. Hourly pay DOE and there is a signing bonus after 90 days. Part time and full time available.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience working with kids
• Posses a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card from Arizona
• Willing and able to cook, clean and supervise children
• Covid-19 Vaccinated (Preferred) or willing to take Covid-19 tests upon request
• Pass a physical exam, TB test, and drug test
• Driver’s License

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Caring for and supervising children
• Keeping a group home clean and orderly
• Documentation skills on computers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 – $18.50 per hour
