Windsor, Ontario is one of two sites located in Canada offering softgel development and manufacturing capabilities for the Pharmaceutical and Consumer Health industries. We have a broad range of integrated formulation, manufacturing, analytical and packaging services to offer full-service turnkey solutions.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Sorter/Packer is responsible for sorting capsules for defects. In addition, the incumbent will transfer product for packaging for assembly on the packaging line.

Pay: $19.86/per hour

The Role

• Inspect capsules for defects and foreigners in accordance with standard operating procedures.

• Transfer sorted capsules onto packaging line and pack as per product documentation.

• Sanitize trays.

• Assemble and label boxes in accordance with product documentation.

• Transfer packaged capsules onto skid for shipment and stage in warehouse.

• Polish capsules as required.

• Comply with all SOPs and GMPs.

• Perform other duties as required.

The Candidate

• High School Diploma

• 1 + years of experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical and/or GMP facility

• Strong mathematical skills in order to compute simple calculations (adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, percent and averages).

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

• Possess a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.

Position located in Windsor, Ontario.

Regular working hours: 12 hour rotating continental shifts (days and nights)
