You can expect a competitive salary of up to £22,000 depending on experience, excellent benefits such as flexible hybrid working, free onsite parking, 25 days holidays (plus bank hols) and you will be working 38 hours, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (flexible on start and finish times)
You’ll be working within the HR team to provide administration support, managing the HR inbox, processing new starters and leavers and other HR support. As a HR Administrator you will:
Respond to queries received through the HR inbox, both internal and external
Process/record starter, leaver and employee changes in HR systems and databases
Maintain employee files
Produce ad-hoc letters, eg. reference requests
Support maintenance of HR pages of Company intranet
Assist in production and issuing of HR policies and procedures following updates/changes
Co-ordinate meeting/training arrangements, including regular HR-led events such as induction
Support the wider HR team, assisting with monitoring of generic inboxes and updating systems and records, as required (Recruitment and Learning & Talent Development)
Respond to training requests and maintain training records
Process Purchase Orders
Ad-hoc administrative duties as required
The hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm, with the opportunity to work in the office or hybrid, earning a salary of up to £22,000 depending on experience
