CasterDepot is a leader in the material handling industry specializing in casters and wheels. Our approach to the market is from a technical, problem-solving aspect to best meet our customer’s needs. We recently purchased the caster and wheel division of Bastian Solutions, located in Phoenix, Arizona.

(Outside Sales) Account Manager

Leads prospecting and transactional opportunity efforts within a specific market.

• Grow and maintain relationships with transactional clients
• Reply to every transactional opportunity by EOD
• Leverage caster knowledge to offer clients alternate options
• Nurture supplier relationships to facilitate turning client RFQs quickly
• Lead prospecting efforts within assigned market
• Maintain a minimum of two weeks of forecasted appointments
• Work with VP Sales to identify and strategically attack market segments
• Follow defined sales processes and procedures
• Communicate effectively with the sales team and support staff to deliver customer service excellence
• Handoff administrative efforts/account maintenance efficiently and with urgency
• Monitor account developments, open orders and solicit client feedback
• Proactively monitor industry trends, developments, and marketplace chatter

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
