Job Requirements:

• Prepare food items according to the recipe or instructions provided.
• Working in other areas of the kitchen as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities.
• Adhere to proper knife handling techniques.
• to station, ready to work at the time scheduled to begin.
• Operate each shift with a Sense of Urgency.
• Comply with standard food handling and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / Culinary Arts Diploma
• Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
• Knowledge of all kitchen equipment, small or large scale
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must have STRONG leadership and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Serv-Safe Certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
