The Role;
This is a 6 month contractor role joining the Talent Acquisition team, working with one other Senior TA Partner and reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition. We will also look at both day rate contractors and Fixed Term contractors.
This is a particularly exciting time to be part of a fast growing yet established Challenger Bank to support additional volume of work contributing towards the organisation’s growth. You’ll be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process across Legal, Operations, Finance, Risk and Compliance areas. You’ll be partnering at ExCo level and will act as a trusted advisor. You’ll drive recruitment via direct sourcing channels, focusing on Talent Attraction and building your pipeline continuously.

You’ll Be Responsible For
End to end recruitment- Provide an in-house end to end recruitment advisory service on all levels of recruitment across the organisation.
- Conduct Hiring Manager briefings to agree resourcing approach.
- Define and manage go to market strategy to ensure adequate quality and quantity of candidates.
- Source candidates, screen CVs, conduct screening telephone interviews, produce shortlist of qualified interviews
- Schedule and manage the interview process
- Conduct offer management, keeping in touch with candidates throughout
- Focus on direct recruitment channels to fill current roles and build candidate pipelines
- Provide expert and professional advice on recruitment.
- Use and maintain Lever (Applicant Tracking System) daily and ensure data and statuses are kept accurate and up to date at all times.
Candidate experience- Manage the end-to-end candidate life cycle to ensure all candidates have a positive experience, regardless of outcome.
- Ensure a fair and inclusive process is experienced for all candidates, adhering to agreed SLA’s.
- Review and update candidate communications on Lever as when is needed
You’ll Need To Have;
- Previous experience within in-house Recruitment with direct sourcing responsibilities gained within Banking or Fintech companies.
- Advanced levels of experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing channels
- Proven experience at engaging stakeholders and hiring managers, adept at building relationships and trust at all levels
- Experience with different and creative attraction methods and be savvy on social media
- Excellent administration and co-ordination
- Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail and good written skills
- Ability to proactively manage your own workload and escalate delays/concerns appropriately
- A positive, curious and innovative nature
