The Role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will provide advice to support the attraction and acquisition strategy of new talent to our business. In this multifaceted role, you will collaborate with the Manager, People & Culture, Learning & Development and Engagement teams to build a sustainable workforce through the attraction, recruitment and on-boarding of talent while enabling Cash Converters to fulfill its strategic objectives.

You will be tasked to review our current processes, understand efficiencies, streamline our recruitment process, as well as assist in coordinating and rolling out the recruitment process training to our store network. It is a juicy opportunity for you to share your knowledge and expertise in identifying, sharing, and executing your attraction and talent management ideas and improving recruitment and onboarding experience to our highly valued talent pool.

You will make a difference by:

• Reviewing and improving the end-to-end recruitment processes for stores and head office by identifying opportunities and providing recommendations to the Manager, People & Culture.
• Supporting initiatives for our employer branding and candidate experience to attract diverse and high performing talent aligned to Cashies values.
• Supporting the initiatives aligned to our talent acquisition strategy for all roles within Cash Converters.
• Assisting with initiatives that attract new & diverse talent with the hot & critical skills.
• Coordinating recruitment training for all key stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of recruitment experience across both/or agency and in-house, with an in-depth understanding of market trends.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse market trends data and provide counsel and advice to line managers.
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruiting and proactive sourcing.
• Demonstrated knowledge in the application of attraction strategies, recruitment and selection processes, particularly best practice.
• Experience recruiting active and passive candidates via multiple channels: networking, referrals, web, community events, educational institutions, and other creative talent search methods.

Highly desirable

• Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.
