The key duties of this role are:

• Recruitment, on-boarding and induction processes
• Create and publish job ads in various portals
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Interview candidates for a wide range of roles
• Liaising with external providers, potential candidates and managers and employees.
• Conducting reference checks
• Creating employee contracts and maintaining employee records
• Promote vacancies across social networks and job boards.

To be successful, you will have:

• Experience in conducting interviews
