We are looking for someone passionate about recruitment to join Casella Family Brands. Working in conjunction with our existing Human Resources team, you will work on a diverse range of roles across our business.

The key duties of this role are:
- Recruitment, on-boarding and induction processes
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Interview candidates for a wide range of roles
- Liaising with external providers, potential candidates and managers and employees.
- Conducting reference checks
- Creating employee contracts and maintaining employee records
- Promote vacancies across social networks and job boards.
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous recruitment experience
- Experience in conducting interviews
- Ability to prioritise and handle competing demands
- Professional manner and interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Professional, confident and enthusiastic approach to your work with a demonstrated drive and initiative.
