We are looking for a leader. The role of Office Manager is one which thrives in organization and processes. Being at the center of the administrative area, a clear communicator is key. The Office Manager has a pivotal seat at the leadership team level as well as several direct reports to manage the workflow.

Tactical Responsibilities:

Administrative Leadership

• Manage direct reports of AR, AP, Commercial Coordination, Residential Coordinator, Reception
• ERP system expert (We use Viewpoint’s Spectrum – and we expect to train this capability)
• Business compliance, insurance, licensure, and contract management
• Inventory control oversight
• Responsible for the cost control of administration and overhead

Administrative Leadership

• Month and year end close
• Accounting monitor and QC
• Payroll, taxes, and banking management
• Process development and performance tracking
• Financial forecasting and projections

Human Resources

• Employee manual updates, compliance, and tracking
• Benefit, health insurance, compensation management
• Safety and workers compensation management
