Cascade Fire Equipment Hiring for Marketing Manager Full Time

About us

Cascade Fire Equipment is a leading manufacturer and distributor of firefighting equipment including wildland brush trucks, wildland fire clothing and law enforcement emergency vehicles. We have been in business since 1985 and operate out of a 44,000 sq. ft facility in White City, Oregon.

This is a full-time, in-house position with Cascade Fire Equipment Company. We are looking for someone capable of managing our brand development, social media presence, content creation, sales literature and assisting in website management. This position works with the sales team and s to the Vice President of Operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

● Assist in developing strategic plans and implementing marketing campaigns to increase sales and brand awareness

● Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns

● Conceptualize and design a variety of marketing collateral ranging from print, digital graphics, social media support, advertisements, email campaigns, and much more

● Manage social media accounts and analyze data to on performance

● Content creation using photos and videos for social media presence

● Create quarterly catalogs for publication

● Collaborate with outside vendors for content creation

● Assist in website management and support

Requirements

● 3 years of marketing experience, including desktop publishing, digital marketing and social media

● Bachelors in Marketing, Graphic Design or similar field

● Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Creative mind and collaborative personality
