About the Role

The Human Resources Advisor (HRA) role is responsible for providing accurate and timely HR advice, support and services to Casa staff.

This is a great opportunity to support supervisors, team leaders and managers in coaching their staff to achieve remarkable outcomes for our participants. The role is responsible for supporting a range of generalist human resource functions to include accurate human resources advice and policy guidance. One of the more exciting aspects of this role is having input into the development of human resources systems and processes to support major organisational change. You will be able to make positive impacts and be a part of Casa Service’s organisational growth strategy.

This role will provide expert advice and support to all members of staff on workplace relations matters. The HRA plays a key part in overseeing the employee lifecycle ensuring the highest quality of service for staff and stakeholders.

• Significant experience working in a Human Resources role, where experience has included the coordination of recruitment and employment processes and working with relevant HR legislation and policies.
• Experience running investigations and holding show cause meetings.
• Positive communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to work and communicate effectively with participants, their families, community members and other agencies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse and collaborative team
• Knowledge or exposure to the Disability Sector will be highly regarded.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve complex problems in a timely manner
• Must have or be able to obtain an NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
