Cartridge Actuated Devices Hiring for Inside Sales Manager at Fairfield, NJ Full Time

Inside Sales Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for delivering an elevated level of support to customers, including but not limited to support experience, requests for quotation, schedule update, expedites and warranty claims. Position will be the main point of contact to assist in contractual requirements are met between customers, internal departments and outside suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.
• Identifies development potential in accounts by studying current business; interviewing key customer personnel and company personnel who have worked with customers; identifying and evaluating additional needs; analyzing opportunities.
• Able to analyze and interpret costing information and the intricate details of contracts, purchase orders, etc
• Able to meet deadlines and balance multiple priorities in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results s.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Contributes information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactions.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing s; making recommendations to management.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Initiates sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments, and cold calling.
• Closes sales by overcoming objections; writing proposals and preparing contracts.
• Manage growth of new business by transitioning them to be loyal customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, preferred but not required given years of experience
• 1-2 years’ experience preferred
• Excellent written & oral communication skills
• Ability to effectively interact with various internal and external customers/ vendors
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to organize efficiently and effectively
• Ability to exercise logical and sound judgment
• Ability to work independently
• Proficient skills using MS Office Suite (MS Excel, Project, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
