We are currently in a scale-up phase with significant further growth ahead, Cartology leverages the best of the Woolworths group expertise while creating its own distinct offering and culture.
The support analyst is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Support Help Desk, diagnosing issues, organising site visits and managing technicians, representing the team to other stakeholders and helping to ensure that the service desk is constantly developing and improving. You will have good interpersonal skills, organisation skills and technical linux configuration and scripting skills to help support our 10k devices in the field.
