– Responsible for omni-channel concept, design, and production of Carters Exclusive Brands, Just One You at Target, Child of Mine at Walmart, Simple Joys at Amazon, and other Carters brands in our key Wholesale accounts.

• Lead all creative concepting and development for robust digital marketing campaigns and brand page redesigns for key Wholesale accounts. Provide concepts, collect copy, and give direction to external teams to execute best-in-class digital marketing. (50%)
  • Create meaningful and impactful relationships with external marketing and creative partners with our Wholesale accounts to ensure we are meeting campaign deadlines, reaching our goals, and providing creative feedback while partnering to hindsight on campaign results.
  • Assist in planning lifestyle photography by collecting product samples and helping plan shots based each seasons marketing strategy . Follow up after photoshoots to take retouching notes with our production team and ensure deadlines are being met.
  • Concept and art direct photographers and stylists at our photo studio to capture stylized laydowns that support digital marketing campaigns and brand page redesigns.
  • Present all concepts and creative solutions to Creative Director and present work to internal and external partners.

• Lead the design for Exclusive Brands style guides and identity systems to share with external licenses. Supervise and approve all global packaging and marketing solutions when needed. (25%)
  • Packaging & Labeling – Design packaging materials for Exclusive Brands and work with production and global sourcing to maintain brand consistency.
  • Licensing – Work with licensees to maintain proper brand standards. Review licensing submissions and provide direction to keep consistent brand standards.
  • Guides & Templates – Establish creative standards, style guides, templates, fixture plan-o-grams, signage indexes and additional instructional formats

• In-store Presentation – Create and develop backwall graphics, posters, fixture toppers and other relevant in-store signage as needed for Exclusive Brands. Partner with our internal sales and merchandising teams to create robust and innovative proposal decks for new in-store brand experiences that continue to elevate our brand presence with key Wholesale accounts. (25%)

• Work directly with external marketing groups (per Wholesale account) to provide assets and feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Partner with external content creators and influencers to create and approve content for our brand in social.
• Communicate with print/video vendors as needed when submitting files or reviewing proofs and/or photo retouching.
• Manage relationships with external licensees and provide feedback on design submissions.
• Attend lifestyle photoshoots as needed.
• Additional team support (as needed).

Experience and Skills

• Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite & word processing programs, principles of design
• Digital, print, packaging and visual design & layout, creative thinking, project management, leadership, excellent presentation & verbal skills
• Ability to take creative direction, attention to detail, organized, balance multiple tasks, eye for color and design, good communication
• Must be able to effectively manage multiple projects within specific deadline and creative parameters. Know how to think indepenedently and problem solve.

• 5+ years previous experience in Graphic Design
