The Associate Recruiter position will provide strategic talent acquisition support for identifying, screening, interviewing and recommending qualified candidates to meet the needs of the business. The Associate Recruiter serves as a consultative partner to the HR and Hiring Manager teams, responsible for creating and implementing function specific talent acquisition strategies for identifying internal and external talent for Carters.

Manage the college program EDP and intern requisitions during Spring and Fall recruiting seasons. Independently make initial identification, screening and interviews decisions as to potential candidates and make recommendations as to the hiring of qualified candidates to Hiring Manager teams.
