fantastic new opportunity has arisen within our Contract Management Team, who are looking for a Data & Finance Administrator to join their team in Birmingham to provide Carter Jonas with an efficient centralised service to maximise success with tenders, provide an advantage over competitors and ensure client specific KPIs are met. The key focus of this role is data analysis, data manipulation and data extraction.

• roviding support to the team with streamlining processes and reporting

• eporting on a weekly/ monthly basis to the team meeting

• onsultant breakdown reporting

• eveloping and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth accounting

• iaising with internal customer with regards to billing

• orking closely with the Carter Jonas Finance department

• ssisting with Monthly/Quarterly and Yearly reporting

his role is 37.5 hours per week 9:00 – 17:30, however we are open to a degree of flexible working.

HAT WILL IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

Y

ou will need strong IT skills with advanced Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, advanced formatting and filtering/conditional formatting). Experience of analysing and manipulating large amounts of data, dealing with invoicing, credit control and purchase orders is advantageous. You must be an excellent communicator with the ability to manage client relationships. A strong team player, you need the ability to work in a fast paced environment, comfortable with multi-tasking and working under pressure to meet deadlines in a professional manner.
