Carson-Dellosa Publishing Company Hiring for Sales Associate at Remote Full Time

Objective: drive growth for CDE’s portfolio of products in Office, Educator and Discount Channels

Key responsibilities:

• Working with Director, build annual strategic growth plan by month for key customers
• Update forecasts as needed using data including YTD shipments, POS trends, open orders, etc.
• Track POS and other key metrics available in retail portals
• Construct basic profitability models for larger programs
• Build strong relationships with buyers
• Nurture cross functional relationships to maximize profitable growth (Finance/Ops/PD/Marketing/Customer Service) and minimize conflict across channels (eCom, Retail, Wholesale, Direct to School)
• Demonstrate understanding of the competitive landscape in key channels and feed insights back to cross functional team
• Assist customers with all inquiries, account set ups, and upgrades to find the best products for their needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage customers in a professional manner.
• Perform inside sales, including telemarketing, prospecting, account penetration and product application, consulting, and delivery of customer service.
• Present, promote and sell products through various platforms such as video calls, conferences, or in person meetings.
• to management on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive intel, and industry buzz.
• Support the wider sales team with transactional and operational tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 – $1,200.00 per week
