• Understand and share expertise in identifying, engaging and attracting technology talent.
• Develop and support solutions that deliver high performing and highly engaged talent across Product and Data
• Collaborate and connect with Hiring Managers to build capability to attract and engage talent directly
• Partner and agree priorities with the People and Culture team
