What you’ll do

• Understand and share expertise in identifying, engaging and attracting talent to carsales for a variety of entry level and high volume positions.
• Develop and support solutions that deliver a variety of support for candidates including contract and general admin support as required for the TA Team including Visa’s.
• Collaborate and connect with Hiring Managers to build capability to attract and engage talent directly
• Partner and agree priorities with the People and Culture team
