Have a direct impact*
The Partner Success Manager (PSM) is accountable for creating and maintaining a positive, exceptional experience for each Health System partner. Carrus works with more than 200 Healthcare Organizations and other employers and the PSM works closely with the administration team to make sure that their needs are met and the partnership is growing. The PSM supports and manages the health system relationship through the entire life-cycle, including the onboarding process, monthly reporting, placement support and feedback, and general account maintenance.

The ideal candidate has a background in account management, is tech-savvy, and has strong client relationship management and account management skills. The PSM provides consulting and guidance to healthcare organizations on best practices for implementing and sustaining successful adoption and utilization of Carrus’s training programs, placement portal, and externship and placement process.

A day in the life*
20% Onboarding

• Proactively initiates and manages the onboarding of new Health System partners, including setting up the account, branding, program collateral, portal set-up
• Maintains accurate and timely implementation records
• Conducts meetings with assigned accounts to review expectations and to create a written implementation plan with milestones and deliverables
• Consults on product and service utilization to ensure alignment with the Health System strategic plan and initiatives

60% Maintaining Client Relationships

• Generates and delivers monthly reports to Health System administrators
• Assist with job openings and ensure that all required information is included in the portal
• Work with CX team to help facilitate learner placement for externships and hiring opportunities
• Acts as the Healthcare Systems primary point-of-contact, interfacing with additional internal departments and resources as needed

20% Administrative Duties

• Monitors enrollments submitted for processing and reconciles lists, checking for accuracy
• Creates internal and external documentation
• Develops and administers periodic Health System surveys at key points of the relationship life-cycle to measure client satisfaction
• Generates summary reports for Carrus management, including revenue, learner progress, placement details and client satisfaction reports for each account managed

You’ll be successful in this role if you have*
Education/Experience

• 5+ years experience in a client management role
• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or organizational behavior or equivalent experience
• Project management certification or equivalent experience
