Carrington West Looking for Site Engineer at Woking Full Time

Site Engineer required for a long term highways and civils project based in Woking for a national engineering contractor.
 
As the successful Site Engineer you will be tasked with covering all site engineering duties on the section 278 works which will include kerbing, highways, drainage, paving, traffic signals, footway and carriageway resurfacing.
 
You will need to be experienced in the above areas alongside an understanding and ability to use AutoCAD too.
 
Experience will also need to include:
 
·Used to dealing with site paperwork and specifications, ITP’s RAMS & RFI’s
·Used to working with subcontractors
·Record keeping
·Site Inspections and site environmental management
·Knowledge of document control
·Experience of working on highway schemes
·Communication skills/focus on customers
·H&S Awareness (SSSTS/SMSTS)
·CSCS competency
·Responsible for the setting out of the works and recording the as-built details
·Ensuring the quality of the works is in line with contract drawings and specification and that all site records are filed and up to date.
