Carrington West Looking for Senior PWay Engineer at Peterborough Full Time

I am working exclusively with a Tier 1 multi-disciplinary contractor who are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join a billion pound track renewals project.
 
Location: Peterborough  & remote working
Salary: £47-57kpa + van
 
Requirements:
·Previous PWay experience
·Previous experience working on stressing and tamping
·Signed off CRE
·PTS
·COSS
·BSc/HND/HNC in Civil Engineering
 
Responsibilities:
·To monitor, engineering and design compliance for all schemes so they comply with the requirements of the Governance of Railway Investment Projects (GRIP), and the GRIP4 for Track process.
·Monitor the programme teams so they follow the project approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) Process.
·Provide Technical support in the detailed planning and execution of all of Track Renewal and Enhancement Works
·Monitor and ensure technical compliance on all works, site and office.
·Attend relevant meetings including Whiteboard/Stage Gate meetings as required.
·Manage the work to meet agreed financial targets, performance KRAs and other KPIs.
·Manage works in compliance with all relevant Safety Legislation and
Welfare Regulations.
·Undertake surveys, planning and programming of work, technical supervision on site, preparation of documents.
·Undertake safety inspection as stipulated in Alliance procedures and requirements.
