Carrington West Looking for Section Engineer – Nights at Greater London Full Time

I am seeking an experienced Section Engineer to join a leading joint venture to work on nights for HS2
 
Rate: £450/day + x.25 for nights, (£562.5/night) – Umbrella
Location: West London
Duration: 12-14 months
 
 
Requirements:
·Proven experience in RC Structures and connections within the railway industry
·5+ years as a Section Engineer, Senior Engineer Strong knowledge of HSG47 & NRSWA
·BEng / HNC / HND Civil Engineering
·Relevant CSCS Card
 
 
Responsibilities
·Managing and co-ordinating the activities of the site engineers to ensure all setting-out and quality control procedures are performed in a timely and efficient manner.
·Develop 4-weekly programmes with site engineer and benchmark productivity measures for the workforce
·Assess actual programme and productivity achieved for review at weekly progress meetings to include resource requirements.
·Complete inspection and test plans, risk assessments and method statements for the control of the works.
·Communicate with works managers, foremen, gangers, workforce and sub-contractors.
·Procurement of Plant, Materials and Equipment through Requisitions.
·Keep a full and accurate daily site diary
