Carrington West Looking for Principal Drainage Engineer at Greater London Full Time

I am currently looking for a Principal Engineer to join the Flood and Water Management team of a fast growing Private Sector consultancy in London. You will join a vibrant team and work on major prestigious projects within London and across the UK, enabling you to advance your career, whilst giving you the freedom to achieve personal growth and development
 
 
The Role
·Production and agreement of drainage and SuDS strategies
·Leading the technical delivery of projects and managing the junior members of the team nationwide.
·Leading the preparation of commercial bids, open tenders and proposals
·Modelling and review of existing drainage networks
·Identification and flood risk assessments and determining effective solutions
·Drainage detail design including specification and schedules
·Stakeholder engagement
·Seek to add value on all works and knowledge sharing
·Ensure quality control
·Assist in the estimation of works costs and bidding of new works
 
 
The Ideal Candidate
·Chartered status of appropriate professional body (ICE or CIWEM)
·Demonstrable experienced drainage engineering in either local authority and private sector.
·Experience of attenuation design and pollution controls
·Experience in SuDS design from concept through to implementation
·Experience and knowledge within highways, public realm, and the civil engineering industry
