About the Position
ing to the territory Manager, the Sales Associate is responsible for supporting and facilitating the new homes sales process.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Selling new homes
• Prospecting new buyers
• Assist with managing inventory, sales and customer relations
• Ensure products from the sales center, show homes and predesigned inventory are professionally marketed and presented
• Research and analyze competitive information in the new home and resale market
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive leads

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a direct sales experience; new home sales preferred
• Motivated, independent and self-driven
• Personable, outgoing and energetic
• Must be willing and available to work weekends
