GLOBAL TALENT ACQUISITION PROJECT MANAGER

Location: Europe (remote)

Duration: 6-month fixed term initially

Compensation: dependent on experience

Carrier seeks an experienced, dynamic Global TA Project Manager who will oversee critical hiring activity during Q1 / Q2 2023.

This high-visibility role that will take ownership for driving delivery of critical hires within a specific job family across the globe. The role will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and selecting high potential talent for Carrier.

Must have experience:

• Strong Project Management skills (stakeholders management, comms, planning, coordinating, tracking, reporting, analytics, budget etc.)
• RPO vendor management experience
• Must have previous workday recruiting experience
• Must be comfortable pulling and analyzing workday recruiting reports
• Must have strong excel skills
