A Corporate Controller is a key financial executive in a company responsible for managing and overseeing the financial activities and ing of the organization. This role involves a combination of financial management, accounting, and regulatory compliance responsibilities.

• **Financial ing:**
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Communicate financial results to senior management, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
• **Budgeting and Forecasting:**
• Develop and manage the company’s budgeting process.
• Provide financial forecasts and projections to assist in strategic decision-making.
• **Internal Controls:**
• Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial information.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and ing requirements.
• **Tax Compliance:**
• Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
• Implement tax planning strategies to minimize the company’s tax liability.
• **Audit Management:**
• Coordinate and manage external audits conducted by independent auditors.
• Address audit findings and implement recommendations for improvement.
• **Treasury and Cash Management:**
• Manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs.
• Oversee banking relationships and financial investments.
• **Financial Analysis:**
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks to the company’s financial health.
• **Compliance and Risk Management:**
• Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.
• Identify and manage financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate them.

Must have healthcare experience and/or a larger business with excellent controls and excellent finance.
