The opportunity: Employee Relations Administrator (6-month FTC) 3 days in the Purfleet, Essex office, 2 days remote.
About the opportunity:
Support the Company’s change initiative through the provision of an effective Employee Relations Administration service
Provide administrative support to HR Team in relation to the change process
Support the coordination of the change process in line with the prescribed consultation timeline, escalating any concerns to the HRBP or HR Change Lead
Collate collective consultation meeting notes, chasing Meeting Chair/HR Leads as appropriate
Collate individual consultation meeting notes, chasing Consultation Meeting Managers as appropriate
Arrange consultation meetings, both collective and individual, in a timely manner and in line with the prescribed consultation timeline
Produce and distribute contractual documentation to colleagues
Distribute consultation paperwork to meeting attendees including, but not limited to, letters and meeting invitations
Coordinate and monitor the employee representative nomination process, confirming outcomes to colleagues as necessary
Coordinate and monitor the employee representative election process, confirming outcome to colleagues as necessary
Provide ER advice regarding change process to colleagues, escalating as necessary to ER Advisors and/or HR Leads
Work collaboratively with the wider Retail and HR teams to support the change process
About you:
Previous experience of working in an administrative role
Previous experience of working in an HR team
Previous Employee Relations Experience
Good working knowledge of UK employment law would be desirable
Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office
Highly developed organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High levels of emotional intelligence
Excellent attention to detail
