About the Role:

We are seeking a team oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to join our accounting department. The Bookkeeper position is a key administrative support role, supporting management with a range of accounting, bookkeeping, financial analysis, and administrative duties. Ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of QuickBooks accounting system. This full-time hourly position has flexible work hours and allows partial work from home after training is complete. You must be located in MN and able to commute to our office for training and meetings.

Responsibilities:

· Post accounts payable transactions

· Set up electronic accounts payable payments

· Post journal entries as assigned

· Post deposits

· Generate and send out invoices

· Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts including cash accounts

· Daily soft reconciliation of cash in accounting software

· Monthly posting and reconciliation of financials from third-party companies

· Assist with posting wire transactions within investment funds

· Monthly reconciliation of property management system

· Posting and tracking of capital calls

· Document processes

· Other duties as assigned by manager

Job Qualifications and Skill Set:

· Minimum 2-year associates degree in accounting

· Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel

· Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

· Detail-oriented and able to prioritize workload

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
