Job overview:

Your daily job responsibilities will include:

– Locating auto parts and processing orders while understanding the relationship between purchasing costs and company profitability

– Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors

– Recording and organizing purchasing data (taking notes on orders and vendors while keeping them organized in our project management platform)

– Interpreting and applying company policies to purchases

– Resolving complex ordering issues between vendors and customers

– Managing your time and self motivating as this is a remote position

– Occasionally taking overflow customer calls

– Clear, patient and friendly communication with vendors, coworkers and customers

Qualifications:

1 or more years experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain management, logistics or related department

Computer skills/experience

Must have your own computer and access to internet and a quiet workspace

Must be able work extended periods at a computer (8 hours)

Must have ability to process information in a logical manner

Must be able to interpret policies and evaluate data for compliance with policy requirements

Must be able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines

Some knowledge about vehicles and auto parts is a bonus

Some customer service experience is a bonus

Salvage yard experience is a major bonus

We pride ourselves on our superior customer service and getting customers access to used/recycled auto parts nationwide. We are a hard working, self motivated team with great senses of humor. Each member of our team of 6 works remotely and we all get along very well.

Full-time, 8 hour shifts with a 45 minute break daily, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm EST, Remote / WFH

$20-$25/hour semi annual bonus and commission opportunities

Pay: $41,600.00 – $52,000.00 per year
