As a Business Manager, You Will:

• Assist in providing financing as well as provide a client with their upgrade options
• Submit financing and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval
• Provide customers with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended service contracts
• Educate customers on the benefits of financing versus paying cash
• Processes all federal, state and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions in a timely, efficient matter and reviews all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, and fees

What You Bring:

• 5 years of customer service experience
• Dealership experience is a plus, but not required
