CaroMont Health is hiring a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Gastonia, NC!
Marketing Coordinator Roles and Responsibilities:
Is responsible for developing and implementing engaging digital marketing experiences and programs that build the CaroMont Health brand and promote services provided by the health system.
Provides strategic and operational support for other digital marketing programs, such as email marketing, digital advertising and online reputation management. Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field. At least three years of experience in creating compelling, relevant and high-quality digital content and campaigns to drive engagement; experience with web content management systems and analytics tools required.
Must possess exceptional writing skills (AP Style) and attention to detail to ensure work is of the highest quality.
Must be highly organized, motivated and have a strong commitment to integrity, teamwork, and customer service to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
