Qualifications: Associate degree from a recognized college or university in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent years of experience. Two years of previous HRIS experience is preferred. Experience in ing tools like Crystal s, IBM Cognos, and MS Access is required. Advanced proficiency in excel is required (i.e., functionality such as v-lookups and pivot tables). Must have strong oral and written communication skills. Able to manage multiple projects and priorities, including day-to-day system administrative s, data extracts/files for vendors, and support services. Knowledge of Human Resources processes, employment law, and timekeeping best practices are required. Strongly prefer candidates with system administration experience in WFC Kronos, Dimensions, ADP, or UKG.
