Interventionist

We are expanding our Intervention Team and are seeking a certified Elementary Teacher with experience working with students who are struggling in the area of Math. The ideal teaching candidates has a track record of creativity in his/her past teaching experiences, and an ability to adjust the curriculum to fit various learning styles, sensitivity to diversity, and a collaborative spirit. Our teachers have a great deal of autonomy in how they teach the South Carolina curriculum standards so a successful candidate must be extremely knowledgeable in teaching middle school students in order to create rigorous and engaging lessons for students.

As a member of our team, you will be collaborating with other teachers and staff in addressing instructional and/or classroom issues; and responding to a wide range of inquiries from students’ parents or guardians regarding the instructional program and student progress.

**Pay is based on degree and experience. We follow the Charleston County Teacher pay scale.
