Carnival Hiring for Talent Acquisition Manager Job at Sydney Full Time

Reporting to the Director, People Team, the Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing and driving the tactical and strategic direction of Carnival Australia’s shoreside/head office talent acquisition and onboarding function. They will be designing and executing on the hiring strategy, including talent engagement, attraction and inclusive sourcing & hiring, whilst working with a diverse group of hiring partners to build out our teams of incredible people.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Own recruitment tools, processes and policies and manage all recruitment activities to ensure we attract and secure the best talent
• Develop and manage the delivery of Carnival Australia’s shoreside/head office Talent Acquisition strategy
• Manage and enhance employee onboarding experience
• Continue to build and drive exposure to our employer brand
• Develop and implement social media strategy
• Partner closely with hiring managers to build out our teams, and establish strong relationships across the company
• Enhance accessibility to data; set, measure and regularly report against metrics
• Own and continue to build upon effectiveness of existing recruitment technology

We would love to hear from people with:

• Full cycle recruitment experience, including solid skills identifying & attracting talent using various methods
• Experience delivering an increase in employer brand engagement through social media
• Strong knowledge of ATS’, including the demonstrated ability to enhance functionality/automation and rolling out new systems (Project Management)
• Experience using data to influence decisions
• A passion for inclusive recruiting, a desire to make a difference!
• An adaptable nature suited to working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment – jumping between strategy and tactical as per business requirements
• Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills (ie able to influence outcomes relating to recruitment and manage supplier relationships)
