Carmichael UK Looking for Site Supervising Engineer at Somerset Full Time

We are looking for an engineer to work within a Team at Hinkley Point C from the end of October through to about March 2023. The role is site based data/ site supervising engineeer with typical tasks including: 

Typical Tasks

  • Collation of paper and digital data from site drilling and grouting records and processing in excel to produce daily reports for meetings
  • Maintaining the database records 
  • Ensuring that site works are undertaken in accordance with the design directives and the shift plan
  • Advising of any deviations from these 
  • Other tasks as required from time to time

Requirements:

  • Geotechnical (preferred) / Civil experience
  • The applicants must already hold Hinkley Point C full vetting
  • It is highly desirable that the applicants already hold TSTS tunnel entry and TEEP Tunnel Entry Emergency Procedures Course
