Carmichael UK Looking for Site / Setting Out Engineer – Civils & Utilities at North Greenwich Full Time

CarmichaelUK have an immediate requirement for an experienced site / setting out engineer on a major infrastructure project with a tier one contractor in North Greenwich.

Work is expected to be 2 months cover initially with possibility to extend and will involve deep excavation, utilities, drainage, piling, pavement

You will be responsible for: 

-Setting Out
-Assisting the Section Engineer on delivery work packages 
-Amending and writing method statements and risk assessments 
-Carrying out quality inspections 
-Produce ITPs and as-builts 

Skills Required: 
-Experience in major groundworks projects
-Completed construction related Engineering Degree, HNC or similar 
-Valid CSCS card 
-Previously worked as a Site Engineer 
-To have a sound knowledge of quality assurance and writing method statements and risk assessments
