Join the Talent Acquisition team as a Resourcer, to support us in hiring exceptional talent across the operations areas of the business! You’ll be involved in advertising, direct sourcing and screening candidates across our Reconditioning Workshop (mechanics, detailers etc) as well as our Customer Experience team.
Responsibilities
- Utilise all available channels to source top talent for the operations areas of the business (customer and workshop)
- Create talent pipelines and candidate pools
- Support creating advert copy
- Screen potential candidates; sifting through CVs and conducting telephone screens
- Scheduling interviews, and supporting the facilitation for technical testing
About You
- Experience in a high paced recruitment environment
- Confident sourcing and attracting candidates through channels such as Linkedin Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, social media, and all other creative methods!
- Keen to take initiative, highly organised and a keen eye for detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment, where priorities change quickly
