The Global HRBP team is looking for a talented HR Generalist to Support to Commercial and Customer Operation functions
The HR Generalist will:
Provide timely effective and business focused generalist HR support to business units the different functions, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, organisation development and training and development.
Assist manager requests with job titles and leveling, performance issues, onboarding, educating on use of HR Connect/Digital Hub and policies and other duties as needed
Vendor and budget management for Employee Experience team, manage team meeting rhythms and operational reviews
Manage HR Projects
Coordinate activities to help HRBPs to manage the communication, and deployment of Performance Review, LWOPs, Merit review, Data integrity projects etc.
Coordinate culture week in partnership with key HR team members in other regions
To support the SVP HR, in the management of other HR requirements when needed, including responsibility for project management and/or work allocation
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skill and Experience:
2-5 years working experience in HR
Excellent project and organizational skills
Customer service orientation
Excellent knowledge of Excel
Ability to navigate complex organizational matrix
Attention to detail
Analytical thinker
Event management (communications, rollouts, vendor management)
Languages
English fluent
