Caring Places Management Hiring for Recruiting Coordinator Job at Remote Full Time

Caring Places Management is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who will act as a mediator between our 20 community administrators and potential employees. We are a growing company in the Pacific Northwest and rated one of the top places to work. The Recruiting Coordinator will be active in reviewing applications and resumes including through the interview and hiring process. They will most likely conduct all interviews then make hiring suggestions to the local administrator. In this position you may also be asked to travel to job fairs to recruit employees for the company.

-As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will need to be knowledgeable in the best human resources practices and be a critical thinker as you may also be asked to come up with recruiting strategies.

-You will need basic computer skills.

-Knowledge of social media is preferred, especially sites like Indeed, Facebook, Linkedin, etc.

-Strong Communication Skills a must as you will be the point of communication between the applicant and the local administrator.
