Customer Service Representative

Carie Boyd Pharmaceuticals is a 503B outsourcing facility located in Irving, TX. We are searching for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are looking for someone who is available to work M-F, at least 40 hours a week between the hours of 8 am – 5 pm. Your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service to our clients.

To qualify for the role, the ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a customer service position. In addition to being an excellent communicator (written and verbal), you will also demonstrate strong interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
• Regularly meet customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
• Engage with new customers wanting to enroll and collect the required enrollment information.
• Updates customer accounts in salesforce regarding regulatory, contact and/or shipping changes.
• Performs system clean up in salesforce to ensure data integrity. This includes but is not limited to merging duplicate accounts, inactivating accounts and contacts, updating contact information, entry errors and missing information on the account.
• Taking orders from customers.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a customer service position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sales Force, and customer service software.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
