We are seeking a Travel Agent! As a Travel Agent, you are responsible for, but not limited to, coordinating travel details, taking all client requests into consideration, researching the best vacation package, contacting your client to detail the quote, confirming the agreed-upon vacation package price, and entering in payment information. No experience required. Part-time and Full-time available!

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Arrange accommodation and travel services to clients including planning itineraries
• Confer with clients to determine destination, mode of transportation, apt travel dates, financial consideration, and accommodation required for travel
• Provide clients with area-specific travel information such as point of interest, restaurants, and special events
• Communicate international travel procedures such as passport, visa, and other requirements
• Imparts international travel information such as customs regulations and currency exchange rate
• Stay up to date on the latest travel restrictions
• Participate in ongoing company and vendor training

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be authorized to work within the US or Mexico
• Must be fluent in English
• Must be able to effectively communicate with clients (strong sales background is a plus, but not required)
• Must have a smartphone and/or computer with internet access
• Personal travel experience is a huge plus, however not required
• MUST BE A CITIZEN OF THE USA OR MEXICO, OTHERWISE NOT ELIGIBLE*
