As a Client Service Agent, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with your clients, ensuring their satisfaction with your travel services, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
Your responsibilities will include: Answering client travel inquiries, and providing information about our products and services. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored travel itineraries to meet their requirements. The ideal candidate for this position will have a deep understanding of client service and a strong desire to help clients achieve their goals. You should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a keen eye for detail.
Experience in the customer service industry is preferred, but not required. This is a remote position, so you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world.
