We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Travel Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, assisting with travel bookings, and ensuring a smooth travel experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Assistance:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing travel information, and assisting with bookings.
• Offer personalized support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online chat.
• Booking Coordination:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
• Coordinate and confirm bookings for flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
• Itinerary Planning:
• Work closely with clients to create personalized travel itineraries, ensuring they align with customer preferences and budget constraints.
• Provide recommendations for activities, attractions, and dining options.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping:
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, travel bookings, and related communications.
• Generate s and summaries for internal use and client updates.
• Problem Resolution:
• Address and resolve customer issues or concerns related to travel, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective problem resolution.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture positive relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and providing proactive assistance.
• Gather feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Technology Utilization:
• Utilize travel management systems, communication tools to streamline customer interactions and administrative tasks.
• Stay updated on industry-specific tools and technologies.
• Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including travel consultants, vendors, and administrative support, to ensure a cohesive and integrated customer experience.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in the travel industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and travel management software.
• Passion for travel and a good understanding of different destinations and travel preferences. Salary: Based on commission.
